📋 Description

• Act as the technical lead on Salesforce Service Cloud projects, serving as the bridge between technology, business, and product. • Design and validate technical solutions, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and alignment with client needs. • Coordinate development activities, perform code reviews, and provide technical support to the team. • Actively participate in defining system architecture and integrations (REST, SOAP, middleware, etc.). • Support the construction and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce. • Troubleshoot complex problems and propose sustainable solutions. • Ensure technical governance of the Salesforce environment (versioning, security, testing, documentation, etc.). • Contribute to the team's technical growth by providing mentorship, conducting code reviews, and sharing knowledge.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Architect on Salesforce Service Cloud projects. • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Process Builder. • Experience developing and customizing Service Cloud (Cases, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Entitlements, SLAs). • Experience integrating Salesforce with legacy systems/APIs. • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Knowledge of DevOps for Salesforce (such as Gearset, Copado, SFDX, Git). • Fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking). • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect). • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). • Knowledge of other Salesforce clouds (Experience, Sales, Marketing). • Experience managing teams and providing technical mentorship. • Participation in international or large-scale projects.
