📋 Description

• Define and manage the observability product vision, ensuring solutions meet business and end-user needs. • Support the creation and design of business-facing dashboards based on data and metrics collected by observability tools and customer feedback. • Work closely with development teams to prioritize the backlog and coordinate sprint deliveries, ensuring acceptance criteria are clear. • Analyze monitoring data and user feedback to make informed decisions about improvements and new features. • Foster a culture of observability within the organization, educating teams on its importance and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, AppDynamics, or similar. • Familiarity with observability concepts, including metrics, logs, and tracing. • Understanding of DevOps practices and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD). • Ability to translate technical and business requirements into user stories and product backlog items. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team, collaborating effectively with developers, security engineers, and stakeholders. • Proactive in identifying opportunities for process and product improvements and innovation. • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on user experience.
