📋 Description

• You design the technical and organizational prerequisites to enable our clients to successfully deploy innovative automation and digitalization solutions • You advise our clients as an equal partner — from requirements analysis through design and implementation to successful roll-out • You develop and implement solution architectures for automation projects and integrate them into existing IT landscapes • You use modern Microsoft technologies such as Power Automate / Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, SharePoint and, where applicable, Power BI • Optionally, you support backend development, for example with API integration or the development of custom business solutions • You actively help shape our consulting portfolio — internally and externally — e.g., through workshops, training sessions, trade show appearances or webinars • You create proofs of concept (PoCs) to demonstrate innovative automation solutions to clients in a practical way • You contribute your expertise in automation and digitalization projects to tenders and proposals • You provide operational support for the technical implementation of automation projects

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in (business) computer science, completed vocational training as an IT specialist in application development, or an equivalent qualification • Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Microsoft 365 (e.g., SharePoint) and optionally Power BI or other Microsoft solutions • Good knowledge of at least one high-level programming language and of data formats/structures such as XML, JSON, SQL, NoSQL • Initial experience with or a strong interest in AI-assisted tools such as Microsoft Copilot • Understanding of process analysis and optimization in a corporate context • Analytical thinking, a structured working style and strong team skills • Very good written and spoken German and English
