📋 Description
• Help support the Engineering, Product, Sales, and Client Success teams • Ensure clients are wowed by our product’s experience • Product feature identification and backlog management • Prospect and customer-facing support for new products and features • Platform technical support and troubleshooting • Product evaluation and testing and system configuration activities • Collaborate with virtually every department in the company • Collect and provide client-centric feedback on all products • Assist the development team to identify and resolve issues • Test solutions and new product features
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing product role with web-based applications • Prior experience working with SaaS development teams • Strong organizational skills in process management • Exacting attention to detail and a passion for perfection • Knowledge of software development lifecycle • Strong client-facing skills • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Excellent at creating and delivering compelling and clear presentations for training internal teams and external clients • Experience using and managing technology and development services, tools, environments, and systems
