📋 Description

• Operate and manage AWS cloud infrastructure including compute, networking, storage, and platform services that support CMS cloud program environments • Work closely with other cloud engineers, operations staff, and customer teams to deliver and improve cloud services • Assist the team in troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and resolving challenges across cloud environments • Support day-to-day cloud operations, capacity management, and activities that maintain stable and reliable cloud environments • Use AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Route 53, ECS/EKS, and IAM to provision, configure, and enhance cloud solutions • Contribute to automation, monitoring, and improvements that increase the performance, reliability, and scalability of cloud environments

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience in cloud operations, infrastructure engineering, or system administration • Experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM) • Linux system administration • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Effective communication • Ability to work collaboratively across teams • Ability to support operational workloads • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, or work experience
