• Responsible for activities related to the construction, building and commissioning on customer site • Eigenständige Abwicklung des Leistungsumfanges der Bautechnik und Führung des Civil Engineering Teams • Koordination und Entwicklung des Plant Layout sowie Kommunikation mit allen intern Beteiligten Engineering Funktionen • Erstellung und Verhandlung von projektspezifischen Nachunternehmerverträgen • Teilnahme an Projektbesprechungen mit dem Endkunden • Kontrolle und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Qualitätsstandards
🎯 Requirements
• Verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift • Studienabschluss als Bauingenieur oder Architekt oder technischer Abschluss mit langjähriger relevanter Erfahrung • Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von internationalen Großprojekten und der Führung von Nachunternehmern sowie Personal • sichere Anwendung einschlägiger vertraglicher Regelwerke wie BGB, VOB, HOAI • selbstständige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise • Belastbarkeit und Entscheidungsfreude • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
