📋 Description

• Controls Lifecycle & Engineering Alignment Network (CLEAN) Configuration Manager will work to ensure all parameters and field definitions related to a material’s status are accurate and in alignment across SAP, PLM, and Gas Power tools. • The CLEAN process will be continuously working to ensure that the Control Solutions & Services (CSS) business has a single active part number for items that have been rationalized and work to update lifecycle status information for all part numbers as they are harmonized. • In addition to updating information as parts change their lifecycle status, this role will coordinate with across functional counterparts to ensure PLM drawings are available, lifecycle status accuracy, Purchase Info Record (PIR) accuracy, verification of current stock status across CSS’ global footprint along with cutover plans to superseding part numbers. • Work will include collaboration with Part Support technical experts, engineers, product managers, buyers, and material managers. • Prioritize workload for CLEAN team members based on evolving business needs. • Work across a matrixed organization to complete all necessary updates and goods movements. • Update SAP settings individually and via mass upload tools. • Manage the CLEAN workflow and associated documentation. • Review open tasks in the queue for CLEAN active workflows and push for timely completion. • Ensure PLM to SAP data transfer is supporting proper CLEAN updates.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of high school diploma/GED. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Manufacturing, Global Supply Chain/Sourcing, or Materials Planning and Execution. • Strong SAP ERP background with data analysis expertise. • Ability and willingness to travel internationally. • Remote role that must reside in the U.S. • PLM background expertise. • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. • Experience with lean terminology and tools.
