📋 Description

• Provides expertise in sustained customer success and growth in the post-sales customer lifecycle. • Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities. • Leverage industry experience, equipment knowledge, software know how, and customer satisfaction skills to deliver predictive analytics. • Use in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering bachelor's degree (master's preferred) from an accredited university or college. • 7 -15 years of industry relevant work experience. • Advanced experience in the Rotating Equipment Maintenance & operation, monitoring and Digital Customer Reliability. • Specific Experience in Power Generation, GTs, Steam Turbines, Heavy Frames, Turbomachinery and other rotating equipment. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. • Established project management skills.
