📋 Description

• Supervise execution of all GIS service activities on customer sites • Ensure site-based service, maintenance, and inspection activities are safe and efficient • Oversee full build process and ensure strict adherence to quality standards • Manage non-conformities (NCPs) and drive timely resolutions • Act as the key link between the GIS product unit, service teams, and clients • Coordinate daily field resources to maximize project success • Produce clear and timely reports on project progress and engineering issues • Conduct investigative site visits and provide expert insight into corrective actions • Contribute to contractor evaluation and performance reviews • Maintain strong operational discipline and promote continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Previous hands-on GIS experience • Authorised on GEV equipment (T155, F35, B105) • Strong competence in installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of HV plant • Solid engineering background (C&G/ONC/HND in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering) • IOSH Managing Safely and SSSTS certifications • Strong understanding of CDM regulations and site leadership responsibilities • Proven ability to lead field teams • Ability to manage subcontractors and apprentices • Must be willing to travel across the UK and internationally
