📋 Description

• Act as the single point of contact for customers and resolve concerns regarding support services • Maintain knowledge of assigned region, coverage area, or product lines and associated configuration installations • Coordinate with internal functions to support customers • Establish and maintain ongoing technical and business support for assigned customers • Plan and execute departmental operations or professional technical activities • Manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering • Oversee preventive and remedial maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of sold or existing products • Hire, develop, staff, and manage team performance • Execute technical policies and strategies • Lead small, low-risk projects • Support less-experienced colleagues and build team consensus • Communicate performance expectations and handle sensitive issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s) • People leadership experience, including ability to hire and develop talent • Direct people management responsibility, including staffing and performance development • In-depth knowledge of a technical discipline • Technical experience and analytical thinking • Knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others • Ability to propose solutions for complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles • Ability to use internal and limited external sources to make decisions • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to analyze and resolve problems • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must successfully complete a drug screen, as applicable • Employment visa sponsorship is not provided
