• Design complex systems and lead technical refinement • Take services through to production with consideration of long-term impacts • Set and hold engineering standards • Mentor engineers earlier in their careers • Write down the rationale behind technical decisions • Participate in user engagement to understand the problem at a human level
🎯 Requirements
• Solid senior engineering experience in a product environment • Strong backend fundamentals • Solid design skills for building systems • Experience with PHP/Laravel or similar languages • Familiarity with AI in workflow, problem-solving, and thinking • Ability to collaborate well with Product teams • Comfort with pace and shifting priorities
