📋 Description
• Serve as an expert in perioperative care, including anesthesia, respiratory care, and patient monitoring. • Support clinical users in adopting GE HealthCare technologies such as Anesthesia and Respiratory Care (ARC) solutions, Centricity High Acuity Anesthesia (CHAA), and perioperative monitoring systems (PM). • Design and deliver impactful training — on-site or virtually — tailored to client needs and clinical workflows. • Facilitate the rollout of new features and collaborate with clients to develop strategic training plans. • Work closely with marketing, sales, and service teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction. • Develop strong partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs). • Conduct clinical product demonstrations and on-site evaluations. • Participate in facility upgrade programs and maintain proactive client contact to ensure optimal system performance.
🎯 Requirements
• College diploma or equivalent with at least 5 years of clinical experience in anesthesia or respiratory care. • Registered Respiratory Therapist certification (OPIQ membership, CSRT, and provincial license required). • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written — required. • Strong understanding of clinical education methods and implementation processes. • Proven ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences. • Willingness to travel frequently (60% or more), including overnight stays and some weekends. • Valid driver’s license and a driving record free of infractions.
