📋 Description

• A Region Service Engineer is expected to demonstrate technical & functional leadership • Key linkage between Region technical performance and USCAN Technical Support • Oversee systemic process of field response to proactive alerts • Provide feedback on remote technical support to customers • Drive dependence upon remote tools to limit onsite trips • Support Field Engineers utilizing technology solutions to drive productivity • Be part of an integrated service response team with Market Teams • Contribute to and help maintain the current Knowledge Management System • Act as change agent/field "expert" for programs and monitor new product performance • Gather data and share information with Product Operations and Engineering groups • Identify field process improvements that drive excellence • Support field-based technical training as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of Field Service Engineering experience with the repair and maintenance of Siemens CT • Deep technical acumen in one or more healthcare modalities • Excellent multi-tasking skills • Exceptional customer-facing communication skills • Ability to stay calm under pressure • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
