• Identifying and connecting with GEM missionaries working within their zone • Being familiar with where these missionaries are working and what their ministries look like • Maintaining a roster with this information • Staying informed about trends, training opportunities, and developments in Europe that concern their zone • Gathering and developing systems for sharing resources that can educate, inform, and equip missionaries • Being a resource/support for missionaries working in their zone • Being a recognized expert for GEM leadership on their zone • Meeting 1x/year in person with other Impact Zone Leaders and the president of GEM • Completing a monthly activity report and submitting it to the Impact Zone Director
🎯 Requirements
• Experience as a Pastor/Church Leader in Europe
