📋 Description

• Multichannel lead generation: launch, optimize, test, and scale advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.). • Website management: plan and oversee the creation of new pages, analyze existing ones, and run CRO experiments to improve performance. • Tracking setup: configure event and conversion tracking, and monitor the full user journey. • Creative cycle management: create briefs, review creatives and ad copies, and maintain a structured library of innovative tests. • Media planning & forecasting: build media plans and forecast key performance metrics for inbound campaigns. • Market & competitor analysis: identify trends and insights to adjust performance strategy and product positioning. • Operational management: brief and supervise contractors (design, copywriting, video), ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and proper documentation of materials. • Reporting & retrospectives: prepare weekly and monthly funnel reports (CTR, CPC, LP-CVR, CPL, CPSQL, CAC, SQL→Customer, pipeline value), summarize key insights, and define next steps.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience (at least 1 year in B2B SaaS marketing). • Experience managing >30k budgets. • Experience of work with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Ahrefs, HubSpot, and Looker. • Strong analytical skills. • Proficiency in English at level B2+ or above.
