📋 Description
• Drive organizational excellence through the integration of information systems and operational frameworks • Ensure alignment of KPIs with annual organizational goals • Oversee and optimize CPP’s digital and data tools • Lead the end-to-end execution of CPP’s Annual Impact Reporting • Maintain a cadence of regular performance check-ins
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in a related operations role • Proven experience managing multiple program and project management systems and workflows independently • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
