📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Genesis Consulting has an immediate opportunity for an experienced, proactive Program Manager to lead a Federal Client’s project centered around Data Management and Analytics. • Join our team and leverage your expertise in cloud-based data management, governance, and analytics to transform data capabilities across Federal agencies. • Work with teams that are rapidly delivering value to their customers leveraging concepts of Lean, Agile, Kanban and SAFe. • Our clients are some of the world’s leading companies and the candidate will be a part of challenging projects to build and support technical solutions for their needs. • The Program Manager will oversee project execution, ensuring high standards of quality and performance while utilizing Agile methodologies to drive process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience managing IT projects in a public sector or federal government setting. • Proven experience in data analytics, governance, or related areas. • Strong understanding of cloud computing, particularly AWS, and AI/ML frameworks. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. • Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with Lean, Kanban, and SAFe principles.
