📋 Description

• Act as a primary point of contact for incidents and service requests related to Business Intelligence and Power Platform applications. • Diagnose and resolve issues in reports, dashboards, Power Apps, and integrations. • Perform ticket triage, root-cause analysis, and follow incidents through to full resolution. • Maintain and optimize existing dashboards and reports (Power BI or similar tools). • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions. • Validate data quality, identify inconsistencies, and propose corrective actions. • Provide functional support and enhancements for Power Apps and Power Automate workflows. • Execute small evolutions, perform testing and validation, and correct defects.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in application support, BI, or similar roles. • Strong knowledge of Power BI (datasets, basic DAX, report creation/modification). • Experience with Power Apps or strong interest in developing Power Platform skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Customer-oriented mindset, solid communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines. • English C1 level (mandatory). • Nice to have: Experience with Power Automate. Knowledge of SQL or ETL tools. Understanding of Microsoft 365 or Azure.
