📋 Description

• Receive and track new service requests submitted by clients, ensuring correct routing and adherence to established deadlines • Monitor the progress of field activities, ensuring quality and alignment with project objectives • Allocate tasks among the team of auditors, taking into account location, deadlines, and priorities • Coordinate with the Service Order Center to validate materials and information to be sent to clients • Identify and monitor the team’s training and refresher needs • Supervise and provide support to auditor teams across different regions, ensuring efficiency and process standardization

🎯 Requirements

• Technical or university degree in agriculture or a related field • Valid Category B driver’s license held for at least two years • Previous experience in leadership positions • Experience in agricultural auditing activities • Knowledge of soybean cultivation is a plus
