• Responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content across all company social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation • Develop creative campaigns, monitor social trends, and analyze performance metrics to ensure effective online presence • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align strategies with overall business goals • Stay up to date with platform updates, audience behavior, and digital marketing trends

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.) • Experience in content creation, copywriting, and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or Meta Business Suite) • Knowledge of analytics tools and ability to interpret performance metrics • Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills • Creative thinking with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and trends • Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, etc.) • Familiarity with paid advertising campaigns and audience targeting (preferred) • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
