• This is a remote position. • Location: Remote - Must be able to travel Domestically • Role: Sales Director • Reports to: CEO • Employment Type: Full-Time • Job Overview: Genovice INC is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive for our client with experience in selling software solutions to the pharmaceutical industry, particularly for laboratories and manufacturing operations. • This role requires a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop long-term client relationships. • The ideal candidate will be adept at selling complex software solutions that support GMP compliance, quality control, and operational efficiencies in labs and manufacturing environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field. • Advanced degree or industry certifications (e.g., in GMP, software sales) are a plus. • Min 10-years of experience in sales, specifically within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a focus on laboratory or manufacturing software solutions. • Experienced with building/managing Sales team • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment. • Deep understanding of pharmaceutical processes, particularly GxP, regulatory compliance, and lab/manufacturing operations. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex software solutions clearly and persuasively. • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools. • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
