📋 Description

‱ Conduct daily engagement with ideal client profiles on Instagram and Facebook ‱ Follow and interact with followers of competitor/coaches accounts ‱ Respond and reach out via DMs using pre-approved scripts and custom messages ‱ Invite and encourage potential leads to join the Facebook group when appropriate ‱ Identify high-quality prospects by reviewing content, bios, and account activity ‱ Engage with posts, stories, and comments to build familiarity before messaging ‱ Update a Google Spreadsheet with engagement activity, including: Name, Instagram/Facebook handle, Engagement notes, Message status (e.g., reached out, responded, followed up)

🎯 Requirements

‱ Proven experience in social media lead generation, especially for coaches or high-ticket offers ‱ Strong knowledge of Instagram and Facebook engagement best practices ‱ Excellent English communication and writing skills ‱ Experience with Slack, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is a plus ‱ Ability to adapt voice and tone based on brand guidelines ‱ Reliable internet connection and ability to work flexible hours
