📋 Description

• Identification and correction of data errors in the Utilities industry. • Liaise with development teams and project managers in order to reach a resolution on queries. • Drive operational performance and identify areas of improvement for both the client and Assurance application. • Deliver professional, timely, communications to ensure Gentrack customers are kept up to date in line with agreed timeframes. • Analytical thinking to decide the correct resolution required, to align energy purchased by our clients and energy sold to their customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the Electricity and Gas retail industries is required. • Previous experience in a software environment is preferred. • Previous experience using or implementing Junifer CIS, Velocity, or similar enterprise CIS/CRM systems. • Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills. • Ability to follow detailed written instructions. • Excellent attention to detail. • Ability to self-regulate and work independently. • Technically minded. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • A passion for excellence and a commitment to be the best. • High levels of energy, sound judgement and determination to achieve with a sense of urgency. • Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills. • An open-minded consultative approach. • Ability to give and receive positive and constructive feedback. • Ability to creatively solve problems. • Attention to detail. • SQL experience would be Beneficial
