📋 Description

• Own and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with ELT direction. • Translate business and customer needs into clear, actionable requirements for engineering. • Manage product delivery through backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and release coordination. • Collaborate with engineering to clarify requirements, remove blockers, and ensure timely, high-quality releases. • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to gather feedback and support go-to-market efforts. • Support Sales through product messaging, training, and demonstrations to strengthen customer engagement. • Participate in product testing and validation to confirm functionality and performance. • Track product performance and customer feedback to guide continuous improvement and future enhancements. • Communicate product updates, priorities, and release plans to maintain organizational alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience • 5+ years of experience in product management or business analysis within a software or SaaS company • Proven ability to define requirements, manage roadmaps, and drive execution across cross-functional teams • Experience working directly with engineering teams using Agile or Scrum methodologies • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to synthesize input from multiple stakeholders • Strong technical aptitude and comfort translating complex business needs into actionable engineering tasks • Experience with tools such as Jira, SharePoint, and similar product management or collaboration platforms • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality results on schedule in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Self-starter with attention to detail and a focus on execution and accountability • Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
