📋 Description

• Conduct Outreach: Perform lead generation activities through cold calling, LinkedIn messaging, and email campaigns, making 60 to 80 dials per day. • Utilize tools such as LinkedIn, Lusha, and HubSpot to identify, engage, and track potential leads effectively. • Expand Customer Base: Focus on growing our customer base by identifying and targeting new opportunities that fit within our Ideal Customer Profile. • Develop Relationships: Prospect creatively using social media, phone calls, and email to build and nurture new customer relationships. • Adopt a Consultative Approach: Analyze and align with customers’ business strategies, future product plans, and expansion activities to provide mutually beneficial solutions. • Collaborate and Contribute: Support and collaborate with teammates to ensure collective success and drive the sales team forward as the front line of the company's business efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience with B2B, B2C or B2B2C sales, or background in Mechanical Engineering • Experience working in sales within the Manufacturing Industry or similar • Strong communication skills via phone and email • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills • Tech savvy • Experience using CRM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoho) • Nice to have: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar • Strong desire to learn and develop • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization.
