📋 Description

• Erste Anlaufstelle für Anfragen unserer Kunden • Klare, freundliche und strukturierte Kommunikation mit Kunden • Analyse und Lösung eingehender Kundensupport-Tickets • Erstellung und Anpassung von Reports mit Handlebars.js gemäß Kundenanforderungen • Unterstützung bei Fragen zur Software-Konfiguration • Identifikation von Problemen und Sammlung relevanter technischer Informationen • Erkennen, wann eine Eskalation an Level 2 oder das Product-Team notwendig ist • Strukturierte Dokumentation von Problemen und Lösungen • Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit durch zeitnahe Kommunikation

🎯 Requirements

• Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten • Kundenorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise • Ausgeprägtes Troubleshooting-Mindset und Freude daran, Ursachen zu identifizieren • Grundkenntnisse in Handlebars.js oder vergleichbaren Templating-Sprachen (bzw. Bereitschaft, sich zügig einzuarbeiten) • Fähigkeit, sowohl eigenständig als auch im Team zu arbeiten • Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau oder fließend • Gute Englischkenntnisse • Erste Erfahrung in der Erstellung oder Anpassung von Reports/Templates (Z.B., HTML/CSS) • Grundverständnis von Webanwendungen • Basiskenntnisse zu M365, APIs und HTTP-Statuscodes • Erfahrung in der Software-Konfiguration und Identity Access Management • Grundlegendes Sicherheitsbewusstsein (Passwörter, Phishing, sichere Gerätenutzung)
