📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain intelligent, scalable AI systems that enhance product functionality and user experience. • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to take AI-driven features from concept to production. • Build, train, and validate machine learning models (classification, forecasting, recommendation systems) using real-world datasets. • Develop and maintain MLOps pipelines, integrating CI/CD, model monitoring, model versioning, and scalability best practices. • Rapidly prototype AI features and deploy production-ready solutions. • Conduct hyperparameter tuning and optimize models for accuracy, latency, throughput, and resource efficiency. • Work with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into practical, high-impact AI solutions. Document methodologies and communicate results clearly. • Ensure fairness, interpretability, and regulatory compliance. Implement monitoring to detect model drift, bias, and performance degradation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred). • 2–4 years in machine learning, AI, or similar engineering roles, with hands-on experience deploying models into production. • Prior experience in startups or 0-to-1 product environments. • Knowledge of NLP, generative AI, and LLMs (e.g., LangChain). • Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Spark, etc. • Strong data engineering skills: ETL pipelines, SQL/NoSQL, data preprocessing. • Strong analytical and communication abilities, teamwork, adaptability, and attention to detail. • Industry certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer, Google ML Engineer). • Experience in healthcare or wellness domains. • Experience working with personalization models/engines.
