• Become the trusted partner of customers as they upgrade their FP&A infrastructure with Aleph • Onboard customers onto Aleph and dive deep into their financial infrastructure • Serve as the main point of contact as customers expand Aleph across use cases (reporting, budgeting, headcount planning) • Determine and establish effective ways to enhance customers’ FP&A setup with Aleph • Develop lasting, trust-based partnerships with customers • Monitor key usage metrics, identify growth opportunities, and expand Aleph’s impact • Shape the future of the product by bringing the voice of the customer to product and engineering teams and strategically advising on the product roadmap • Scale customer success strategy and collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
• 2-3 years of consulting experience or in a Technical Engagement Manager role • 1 year of experience at an early stage tech startup • FP&A experience preferred • Excel/Google Sheets modeling expertise • Ownership mentality and willingness to take on responsibility • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Passion for working closely with customers • Comfortable working in a remote team • Located in the Americas (United States, Canada, LATAM) or able to work those timezones • If based in the United States, indicate whether you will require sponsorship for employment visa status
