📋 Description
• Lead and coach multiple content team leads across disciplines and subject areas. • Oversee large-scale, concurrent production schedules to meet ambitious delivery targets. • Build and optimise systems, workflows and sprint cadences that drive operational excellence. • Balance creative quality with speed and scalability across all content streams. • Collaborate with Curriculum, Product and Design teams to ensure content meets pedagogical, brand and accessibility standards. • Anticipate risks, resolve blockers and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders. • Drive the adoption of new tools and emerging GenAI-powered workflows that elevate team efficiency. • Use data and metrics to assess performance, identify improvements and deliver measurable outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years’ experience in content production, ideally within digital media, online learning or edtech environments. • Proven success leading large, multidisciplinary teams (40+ people) including direct reports and multiple team leads. • Deep understanding of video, scriptwriting and audio production workflows and technologies. • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, concurrent projects in fast-paced environments. • Strong project management and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels. • A strategic, data-driven and solutions-focused mindset. • Experience with workflow automation and production management tools (e.g. Jira). • Tertiary qualifications in Media, Communications, Education, Project Management or a related field are highly regarded.
