• A Customer Success Engineer (CSE) provides the technical expertise to ensure customers successfully implement, adopt, and get value from a product or service. • CSEs are responsible for technical onboarding, troubleshooting issues, suggesting best practices, and relaying customer feedback to internal product and engineering teams to drive product improvements and customer retention. • Technical Implementation: Assisting customers with product setup, configuration, and integrations. • Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues to ensure smooth product usage. • Customer Education: Training customers on product features, best practices, and how to optimize their use of the product. • Proactive Engagement: Monitoring product usage to identify potential issues and proactively guide customers toward greater success. • Product Feedback & Advocacy: Acting as the voice of the customer, providing valuable feedback on product enhancements to internal teams. • Stretch: Analyzing and comprehending code/queries in Go, Python or SQL to assist in resolving issues independently.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in the same or a comparable role. • Fluent in English, with the ability to read, write, and speak effectively. • Problem-solving skills and customer service abilities. • Basic understanding of how web applications, command line tools and APIs work. • Expertise in using plugins/tools of various browsers, and API testing tools such as PostMan. • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field is advantageous.
