• Lead high-stakes, analytical conversations — articulate project returns, key risks, and align interests among diverse stakeholder groups. • Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers (CFOs, Asset Managers, Heads of Sustainability, Portfolio Managers) across institutional commercial real estate. • Partner with senior leadership to advance complex deals by owning deal milestones, next steps, and communication both internally and externally. • Translate financial and operational insights into actionable go-to-market strategy, working closely with Product, Operations, and Marketing. • Refine and professionalize sales systems and materials (CRM discipline, pipeline analytics, deal modeling). • Represent Lumen with professionalism externally at conferences and through customer presentations. • Contribute to strategic growth initiatives, including market segmentation, pricing, and channel partnerships.
• 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, commercial real estate, or similar analytical roles • Eager to own commercial outcomes and thrive in customer-facing environments • Financially fluent: comfortable building financial models, communicating return metrics, and understanding asset-level returns • Detail-oriented and process-driven, yet entrepreneurial — you bring structure without bureaucracy • Confident communicator with executive presence; capable of engaging senior real estate and finance leaders • Bias for action and entrepreneurial energy — you're comfortable building as you go • Willing to travel as needed (~1-2x / quarter) for key meetings, conferences, and events • Helpful if you have experience with commercial real estate or distributed solar & storage project transactions.
