📋 Description

• Provide bilingual patient support (English/Spanish) for scheduling, reschedules, and cancellations. • Provide patient support for scheduling, reschedules, and cancellations. • Process medical record requests accurately and efficiently. • Manage care plan adjustments, including transfers or patient loss coordination. • Navigate multiple systems to update records and communication preferences. • Collaborate with therapists and internal teams to resolve patient escalations. • Deliver clear, empathetic communication and excellent service. • Use ticketing tools to escalate complex issues appropriately. • Maintain compliance, accuracy, and detailed documentation in all interactions.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish (required). • High school diploma or equivalent. • 0–1 year of experience in customer service, healthcare, or administrative roles (healthcare experience preferred). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability. • Comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven remote environment. • Previous experience with high volume call handling. • Empathetic, reliable, and team-oriented mindset. • Availability to work part-time, consistently within assigned hours.
