📋 Description

• Serve as the main partner for therapists throughout the credentialing and activation journey. • Guide therapists through each credentialing and enrollment step, explaining region- and state-specific requirements clearly. • Act as the primary contact from agreement signing through activation, ensuring therapists understand timelines, next steps, and compliance requirements. • Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to payer/state regulations. • Leverage credentialing platforms, the Luna therapist app, and internal systems to track progress and keep workflows moving efficiently. • Coordinate with Credentialing, Therapist Acquisition, Therapist Success, and Operations to remove blockers and accelerate therapist readiness. • Maintain precise, audit-ready records that meet internal policy and regulatory standards. • Identify opportunities to streamline credentialing workflows and enhance speed-to-activation. • Support junior associates by sharing expertise, troubleshooting escalations, and modeling high quality service. • Follows established credentialing procedures but exercises judgment when exceptions or escalations arise. • Handles semi-routine work that occasionally requires deviation from standard practice. • Demonstrates ownership, follow-through, and the ability to maintain accuracy under time-sensitive conditions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally in healthcare credentialing, enrollment, onboarding, or customer success. • Two-year college degree or equivalent professional certifications, technical training, or apprenticeship experience. • Strong working knowledge of healthcare credentialing processes, payer enrollment, and state-specific requirements (allied health therapy experience is a plus). • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage complex, multi-step compliance workflows. • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment. • High proficiency with technology platforms; able to learn new systems quickly. • Customer oriented communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to managing volume, anticipating issues, and improving processes.
