📋 Description

• Lead project assignments with minimal oversight • Plan and execute IT projects for multiple clients, including infrastructure deployments, cloud migrations, and automation initiatives • Coordinate and manage the full project lifecycle, including scope, follow-up on project activities, scheduling, resources, and quality while working in a matrix organization with engineering and product delivery teams • Manage client relationships and facilitate communications between clients and internal teams • Track and manage project KPIs including scope, effort, schedule, cost, and quality • Conduct post-project lessons learned sessions and ensure identified improvements are incorporated into our tools and processes • Maintain and report on Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions (RAID) for projects • Provide regular status updates (project dashboard and status reports) and lead project reviews • Collaborate with other project managers on project staffing, task allocation, standardization, and process improvements • Provide performance feedback to technical team leads regarding the project team

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field • Project Management training and active certification required (e.g., Project Management Institute (PMI) certification such as PMP) • Minimum 5–7 years of IT project management experience, including managing digital transformation teams in both agile and waterfall environments • Proven experience in IT systems development and management • Experience leading IT infrastructure, DevOps, and software development projects in the following technology areas: cloud (Azure, AWS), networking, network security, Citrix, ServiceNow • Solid knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working at an IT consulting firm managing external client projects • Working knowledge of MS Project, JIRA, and ServiceNow is preferred • Strong customer service orientation and skill in setting and managing customer expectations • Demonstrated ability to present to and interact effectively with clients and stakeholders • Systematic and logical thinker able to deliver results • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently • Ability to perform and lead under pressure • Proven ability to use project management tools to plan and manage projects • Comfortable working remotely and independently on local and global projects • Motivated in personal growth and development • Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, analytical, organizational, project management, and decision-making skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, both internally and with clients • People management and leadership skills
