•We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Growth Marketer to lead our growth initiatives. •This isn't just about running campaigns; it's about pioneering new growth avenues and significantly expanding our market footprint. •You'll be instrumental in accelerating user acquisition and driving the overall growth strategy for Moneytree Business, our financial management SaaS, purpose-built for small to medium businesses (SMBs). •This role requires a unique blend of marketing savvy and a keen eye for how data-driven strategies can unlock significant growth. •Your mission is clear: enhance our value proposition for users while driving substantial user growth across the entire user journey within this vital sector. •At Moneytree, our mission is to unleash the power of data by providing the tools & capabilities needed, by reducing or removing barriers, and by delivering meaningful value today. •Our technology is used by major banks, accounting software companies and fintech companies in Japan. •Key clients include Mizuho, SMBC, and Japan Post Bank.

🎯 Requirements

•5+ years of progressive experience in Growth Marketing roles, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS or FinTech products. •Proven track record of driving measurable user acquisition and revenue growth through data-driven strategies and experimentation. •Deep understanding of the SMB market, including their unique needs, challenges, and digital behaviors. •Expertise in various growth channels, including but not limited to paid acquisition (SEM, Social), SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and product-led growth strategies. •Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and A/B testing methodologies. •Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. •Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Engineering). •Highly creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for discovering new growth opportunities and challenging the status quo. •Experience in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
