📋 Description

• Develop tailored PR strategies for B2B and B2C clients with a focus on securing coverage in relevant media • Combine journalistic thinking with strategic communication • Manage client communications professionally and plan proactively with quarterly plans and KPIs • Build long-term client relationships and continuously evolve their communications • Act as a sparring partner at C-level • Share knowledge and give and receive peer-to-peer feedback • Work actively with the internal AI stack for research, pitch preparation and topic scouting • Build and maintain relationships with journalists at key DACH and European outlets • Monitor the news agenda and identify topic opportunities early

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of operational PR experience, ideally in an agency environment • Proven track record of independently securing placements for clients in major national and specialist German media • Strong advisory skills • Ability to analyze target audiences and markets • Ability to translate business goals into PR strategies and derive measurable actions • Established network of journalists • Active monitoring of the news agenda and recognition of topic potential • Independent working style and willingness to integrate into the team and share knowledge • Pragmatic use of AI tools to accelerate processes • German at C2 level • Professional communication skills in English • Residency in Germany
