📋 Description

• Sprichst du Deutsch? Do you speak German? Do you love/drink coffee? • We are looking for a personable, outgoing Virtual product expert to demonstrate and sell Sage coffee machines and other kitchen appliances virtually to the German market. • Whether it is showing how a machine works, answering a question for a customer, demonstrating how to make a perfect coffee or creating a content, in this diverse role you will always have plenty to do. • We offer: 21 hrs contract/3 days per week • - £13.85 per hour plus uncapped commission • intensive training • working in professional Sage Studio, near London Bridge station • Overall purpose of the role: As a Sage Product Expert, you will be working in a diverse and knowledgeable team of coffee lovers to ensure we deliver exceptional customer service both virtually and in our Sage experience studio for our client Sage Appliances. Your role will focus on demonstrating and selling Sage’s high-quality coffee machines to ensure each customer receives a personalised and memorable experience. You will also contribute to creating engaging content for social media platforms and interacting with our social community, helping to grow brand awareness and foster meaningful customer relationships • About Stellar Global • Stellar Global is a progressive, inclusive retail experience agency that believes in the power of people. 🎯 Requirements

• Must speak German at a (near) native level • Able to work at the Sage studio, London Bridge area • A proven sales track record • A passion for a great cup of coffee • A positive and enthusiastic attitude to work • Experience using phones and cameras to create content for digital platforms • Proficiency in editing recorded content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro • A standard proficiency in IT skills, including keyboard shortcuts, conventional typing and navigating software and websites • Self-motivation • Excellent communication skills both verbally and textually

• 21 hrs contract/3 days per week • £13.85 per hour plus uncapped commission • intensive training • working in professional Sage Studio, near London Bridge station • Part time role - 3 days per week, 21 hrs per week • The studio is open Monday- Sunday (8am-8pm) • Permanent role ( 3 months probation period) • Uncapped commission • Full training will be provided
