📋 Description

• Safety Protocol Development: Partner with design engineering on development and implementation of comprehensive LOTO procedures for wind turbine operations • Engineering Support: Provide technical support for services technicians during maintenance and repair operations of wind turbine systems • Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards related to wind turbine maintenance • Training and Guidance: Serve as a subject matter expert on safety protocols within the engineering team • Documentation and Reporting: Ensure accurate documentation of latest LOTO procedures • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies related to wind energy and safety management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering within the energy sector, with a focus on safety protocols • Experience in developing LOTO procedures and safety management systems is preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities • Proficiency in engineering software and tools • Relevant safety certifications (e.g., OSHA) preferred
