📋 Description

• Apply analytical methods, procedures, and techniques to solve complex problems • Execute analysis and design calculations supporting operating reactor cores in reload licensing and cycle management • Prepare and present technical data to internal and external customers • Document and communicate technical data results • Implement continual improvement of work processes, including procedure and script updates • Maintain or exceed baseline project schedules and costs for nuclear fuel reload engineering deliverables • Share information and promote open dialogue in a matrixed team environment • Ensure work complies with NRC rules and regulations, customer requirements, and business quality assurance standards • Partner with Commercial Account Managers and interface with customer technical personnel • Manage reload projects across the Fuels organization • Engage in continuous professional development and mentoring

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in engineering, physics, or another science field from an accredited university • Minimum of 4 years of relevant nuclear experience • Access to U.S. export-controlled information may require authorization from the U.S. Government • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • Master's degree in Nuclear Engineering preferred • Experience with Boiling Water Reactor (BWR) technology preferred • Knowledge of plant operational support preferred • Knowledge of reactor licensing requirements preferred • Experience with BWR core simulator and 3-Dimensional neutron kinetics codes preferred • Programming experience with Python or C# preferred • Detail oriented and accountable for results • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills
