📋 Description

• Responsible for project operations and programs support including standardization, quality management, document management, methods creation and maintenance, process improvement and tools for the project management function • Owns/influences budgets and operating plans • Works with cross functional teams • Develops expertise in own function • Influences policy and ensures delivery within area of responsibility • Communicates complex messages and negotiates internally and externally • Presents business or technical discipline solutions to leaders • May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited university or college OR high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Project Management and Leadership • Domestic and International travel up to 25% • Strong oral and written communication skills • Nuclear background is a plus • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information
