📋 Description

• Support the Project Director in planning and executing contracts for the design and construction of new nuclear power plants • Manage project quality, cost, schedule, administration, and configuration management of project documentation • Ensure on-time project delivery, profit and loss accountability, and customer satisfaction • Manage project-related activities and resources • Assist the Project Director in organizing the project cost structure in Oracle ERP • Participate in and support customer, internal, and supplier project kickoff meetings • Develop and maintain a project roster and monitor completion of project-related training • Develop and issue the Project Management Plan, related project plans, and project procedures • Facilitate implementation of project plans and procedures across the project team • Support development and deployment of project infrastructure and tools • Ensure compliance with U.S. export control and other applicable requirements • Coordinate project activities and monitor and control progress on deliverables • Ensure project deliverables conform to contract and project requirements • Organize and archive project correspondence and records according to the Project Configuration Management Plan • Lead, draft, and issue project management meeting notes, action item lists, and progress reports • Perform other relevant duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and minimum 4 years of professional experience in project management, engineering, or business; OR high school diploma/GED and minimum 8 years of professional experience in project management, engineering, or business • Restricted to U.S. persons, including U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act • Must provide proof of U.S. person status prior to employment • Ability to travel up to 25% • Ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information, if applicable • BWR Operations/Maintenance experience highly desired • Training development or training program experience highly desired • Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM desired • Fundamental-level financial or accounting knowledge • Experience or familiarity with BWR or SFR designs • Knowledge of the power industry, customer, and competitive environment • Experience supporting project budget, schedule, and quality objectives • Financial control knowledge and understanding • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook • Lean Six Sigma training and experience • Strong oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated organizational skills related to project execution • Ability to take initiative and work independently • Ability to balance workload under short deadlines and changing priorities • Ability to analyze and resolve problems • Strong process orientation • Extreme attention to detail and follow-up • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
