• Execute domestic and international field project delivery and provide internal project support for Inspection Services • Manage field projects for IVVI, IVUT, and Drywell inspection product lines at customer power plant outages • Coordinate with business leaders to plan and execute project work scopes • Deliver projects according to Integrity, Safety, Quality, and Output criteria, budget, schedule, and scope • Form stakeholder relations for project execution • Monitor technical developments and obsolescent Inspection Services offerings • Contribute to strategy and policy development and ensure delivery within areas of responsibility • Apply best practices and understand how project areas integrate with others • Analyze data and use internal and limited external sources to support recommendations and decisions • Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues • Lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements • Explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus • Provide technical direction and guidance to contracted and craft labor at customer sites • Support business leads during the ITO phase with proposal development • Ensure project metrics and contractual or internal procedural expectations are met • Conduct internal and external project closure and review • Store and turn over project data/information in approved storage media for business and project continuity • Report to the Inspection Services Director
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 7 years of Nuclear Industry experience • 3 years of Nuclear-related Project Management experience or 5 years of STEM-related Project Management experience • Ability to maintain access to and execute domestic or international project delivery • Ability and willingness to travel 60% of the time, including 12 hours daily/7 days a week while travelling • Ability to maintain Unescorted Access to and on customers’ site/property • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information, if applicable • PMI/PMP Certification • Demonstrated leadership of field teams working at customer sites • Strong strategic development and execution skills • Proven leadership capabilities with ability to motivate others and achieve results • Strong customer-centric approach • Knowledge of Nuclear/Energy products, processes, customers, markets, and competition • Strong technical knowledge/experience working with PWR ISI, including in-vessel, drywell, and BOP ISI techniques • Experience with Microsoft Office, Oracle ERP, PLM, and Primavera P6
