📋 Description

• Provides expertise in sustained customer success and growth in the post-sales customer lifecycle through training, professional services, technical support, renewals, outcome attainment, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy with a Digital focus • Owns/influences budgets and operating plans • Works with cross functional teams • Engage throughout the full lifecycle of assigned projects, participating in decisions on architecture, design, and functionality to keep programs on track in terms of budget, time, and customer expectations • Work closely with the client to understand their needs and develop strategies tailored to their organization through site assessments • Responsible for go-live readiness and support as well as post-live checkups and will be required to work collaboratively with internal team members and clients to ensure customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in the Services & Digital Implementation Services for roles outside of the USA • Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience) • For roles in USA: Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)) • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills
