📋 Description

• Professional and disciplinary leadership across campuses and continued development of the team in teaching planning, instructor management, and Academic Reporting & Controlling • (Further) development of data-driven teaching planning through systematic use of business intelligence tools and other planning tools, as well as responsibility for the efficient use of supporting planning tools and the student information system (e.g., AC5) • Ensuring teaching quality through coordinated management of teaching assignments, evaluations, and qualification profiles • Responsibility for the strategic development as well as the design and implementation of processes and policies in teaching planning and instructor management • Design and implementation of a nationwide database for instructors • Design and further development of efficient planning processes • Ensuring nationwide professorial staffing while considering higher education law and economic/organizational constraints • Responsibility for contract management with external lecturers/instructors • Quality assurance of teaching planning with a focus on participant and instructor satisfaction • Preparation and further development of analyses and reporting keys for relevant academic KPIs • Data-driven controlling to continuously optimize teaching planning and instructor management • Stakeholder management with academic leadership, teaching staff, administration, HR, marketing/sales, and external partners • Responsibility for the annual budget planning

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree, ideally with a focus on economics, educational sciences, or public administration • Several years of leadership experience (both functional and disciplinary) in complex, higher-education-related or education-focused organizations • Solid knowledge in teaching planning, instructor management, and academic reporting & controlling • Experience in process and project management as well as in implementing strategic and operational measures • Confident use of business intelligence tools, planning tools, and student information systems (e.g., AC5) • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • High affinity for digitization and data-driven process control • Experience with budget responsibility and financial management of complex areas of responsibility • Experience building and maintaining sustainable stakeholder relationships and successfully managing complex organizational structures • Strong team orientation and the ability to work effectively and result-oriented in interdisciplinary structures • Excellent communication, presentation, and interaction skills at the executive level and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively
