📋 Description

• Analyzes current operational processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and develops strategies for optimization. • Collects and interprets data using various analytical tools and methodologies to inform decision-making. • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and track progress. • Prepares detailed reports and presentations and communicates findings and recommendations persuasively. • Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyzes trends to forecast future operational needs. • Assists in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. • Leads project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring for the solutions they design. • Maintains complete responsibility for the financial analysis that supports operational improvements to senior leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, industrial engineering, or a related field and 5-7 years of related business operations leadership experience. • Knowledge of data analysis tools and software such as the Microsoft suite of products, CRM tools, professional services automation tools, SQL, report writing technology, or similar. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that are typically grounded in six sigma or root cause analysis. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including the ability to multitask. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • An experienced project manager who has demonstrated the ability to reduce cost or increase revenue by hundreds of thousands of dollars annually. • Well-developed change management skills. • Able/willing to travel up to 20% annually.
