📋 Description

• Map and document current-state integrations between the Policy Admin System and internal systems, external providers, and digital platforms • Work with IT and business stakeholders to design future-state interfaces for the new Policy Admin System • Support implementation of interfaces, including testing and validation before go-live • Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities as processes move to the new system • Bridge technical teams and the business throughout the migration • Help ensure policy servicing is maintained or improved after migration go-live

🎯 Requirements

• Solid Business Analyst or Systems Analyst experience, ideally within insurance or financial services • Hands-on experience with Policy Admin System integrations involving internal systems, external solutions such as banking and credit card providers, and digital platforms • Technical background with working understanding of overnight processing and batch jobs, SFTP, APIs, and server-to-server communications • Experience supporting or delivering a system migration or replacement, ideally involving a Policy Admin System • Strong stakeholder management skills across IT and business functions • Ability to translate between technical teams and business stakeholders • Comfortable with current-state analysis and future-state design
