📋 Description

• Lead discovery, assessment, and architecture workshops across Microsoft technologies • Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions based on business and technical needs • Deliver tenant migrations, consolidations, and separations related to divestitures • Configure and optimise Microsoft 365 identity, collaboration, security, and compliance features • Produce High-Level and Low-Level Designs, implementation plans, and documentation • Lead technical streams and provide subject matter expertise throughout delivery • Perform platform health checks and create remediation plans • Support migrations related to identity, mail, collaboration, endpoints, and data • Advise on Microsoft licensing, governance, security, and best practices • Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies • Facilitate service transition and operational handover • Engage with business and technical stakeholders and lead workshops • Support client transformation programmes including tenant consolidations, divestitures, modern workplace, security, compliance, and cloud adoption initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 projects in enterprise environments • Expertise in M&A, divestitures, tenant migrations, or transformation programmes • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation capabilities • Ability to work independently in consulting and hands-on technical delivery • Experience producing detailed architecture and design documentation • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Experience working in regulated or large-scale enterprise contexts • Azure infrastructure knowledge • Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Nerdio experience • Microsoft Purview expertise • Strong consulting, communication, documentation, and presentation skills • Comfortable engaging with senior technical and business stakeholders • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Self-motivated, delivery-oriented, with a methodical approach to governance, risk, and assurance
