📋 Description

• Lead discovery, assessment and architecture workshops across Microsoft 365 and Azure • Design solutions meeting business and technical requirements • Deliver tenant migrations, consolidations and divestiture-related separation projects • Manage identity, mail, Teams, SharePoint, endpoint and data migration • Configure and optimise Microsoft 365 identity, collaboration, security and compliance capabilities • Deliver Microsoft Purview compliance implementations • Produce High-Level and Low-Level Designs, implementation plans and operational documentation • Act as subject matter expert across technical workstreams • Run platform health assessments and identify technical risks and dependencies • Develop remediation, optimisation and mitigation plans • Advise on Microsoft licensing, governance and security best practice • Support handover into operational support teams • Work directly with business and technical stakeholders in a client-facing role

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record delivering Microsoft 365 projects in enterprise environments, including M&A, divestiture or tenant-to-tenant migration/transformation programmes • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation • Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions • Comfortable working independently across consulting and hands-on technical delivery • Experience producing formal architecture and design documentation (HLD/LLD) • Experience working within regulated or large-scale enterprise environments • Strong troubleshooting, documentation and presentation skills • Desirable: Azure infrastructure and landing zone design • Desirable: Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Nerdio • Desirable: Microsoft Purview compliance implementations
