📋 Description

• Develop and operationalize AI models that deliver measurable impact for our clients • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business problems • Transform business problems into data-driven approaches • Translate insights into production-ready end-to-end solutions • Design, implement, and evaluate AI- and ML use cases • Ensure robust deployment and monitoring in real-world environments • Focus on MLOps practices, software development, and integration • Communicate results with clarity to technical and non-technical audiences

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in data science, statistics, machine learning, software engineering, and/or applied AI projects • Fluent in Python, comfortably using state-of-the-art and commonplace (ML-)frameworks and libraries • Experienced with model serving, monitoring, and CI/CD workflows (e.g. MLflow, Airflow, Docker, GitHub Actions) • Write clean, maintainable code and can structure projects using modern software engineering practices (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Pydantic) • Hands-on experience with NLP and LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama or Deepseek • Familiar with ML stacks on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud • Fluent in German (at least B2) and English
