📋 Description

• Advising on regulatory and compliance-related matters, particularly in the context of non-financial risk management and financial-sector regulations such as KYC/AML, MiFID II and WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) • Analyzing and interpreting regulatory requirements • Designing and implementing subject-matter solutions to ensure compliance with and operationalize regulatory requirements • Conducting risk and gap analyses to assess regulatory compliance • Analyzing and managing non-financial risks (Non-Financial Risk Management) • Providing operational line support during projects • Further developing methods, frameworks and tools in the Regulatory & Compliance area

🎯 Requirements

• University degree (e.g., Economics, Finance, Law, Industrial Engineering or equivalent) • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the financial services sector, preferably in consulting or within a financial institution with a regulatory or compliance focus • Solid knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Non-Financial Risk Management, ISM (Information Security Management), BCM (Business Continuity Management), outsourcing/third‑party management, Compliance, securities regulation, IT Security and AI regulation • Analytical and structured thinking with strong problem-solving skills • Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills and enjoyment of project work • Very good German and English language skills • Willingness to travel as is typical for consulting roles
